With a BA and MM in Harp Performance and over 20 years of experience, she brings both mastery and soul to her music. In her sound baths, Adrienne weaves the harp’s luminous tones with restorative soundscapes, offering participants a space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. The harp’s rich resonance is especially powerful in sound healing, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote inner harmony.
